A glimps of KBC food


This week in the KBC kitchen the students ate some great food.

Monday breakfast was egg and cheese burritos wrapped in whole wheat tortillas. Also strawberry yogurt,
and fresh Island fruit were set out.

For lunch on Tuesday we had Asian chicken salad with
Honey Crisp apples and locally grown bananas.

On Wednesday evening for dinner our cooks created
a beautiful Thia style Chicken with a peanut-curry sauce.
They served the chicken over a bed of noodles with
sugar snap peas and sauteed carrots.

The Lord our God has blessed mankind
with such an assortment of amazing
flavors we can enjoy! Praise Him!
